Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with strong knowledge of Dubai, UAE rules and regulations to join our team. The ideal candidate must hold a G+1 certification from Dubai Municipality and be capable of handling site coordination and project execution for residential projects.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage civil works for G+1 Villa projects
Ensure all work meets Dubai Municipality and related authority regulations such as DDA, DM, Trakhees, etc.
Prepare and review site reports, drawings, and technical documents.
Coordinate with other contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.
Conduct routine site inspections and monitor daily progress.
Support in resolving technical and site-related issues.

Requirements

DM G+1 Certification (required)
Society of Engineers Membership (SOE) (required)
Strong understanding of Dubai construction rules & regulations (required)
UAE Driving License (preferred)
+3 years of civil engineering experience in Dubai (preferred)
+3 years of civil engineering experience in total (preferred)
Good communication and site management skills
