About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Admin Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations of the real estate office, supporting agents, and maintaining compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, knowledge of real estate documentation, and the ability to deliver efficient support in a fast-paced, luxury real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain property listings across CRM systems, websites, and marketing platforms.
Prepare, review, and process tenancy contracts, sales agreements, and other real estate documentation in compliance with DLD and RERA.
Coordinate property advertising, social media postings, and marketing material in collaboration with the sales team.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, ensuring a professional client experience.
Maintain updated records of properties, transactions, client databases, and financial documentation.
Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, and external stakeholders for smooth communication and documentation.
Support real estate agents in scheduling viewings, preparing client presentations, and follow-ups.
Assist with Ejari registrations, title deed transfers, and other government-related real estate processes.
Ensure all office operations are running efficiently, including handling correspondence, filing, and office supplies.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, or Real Estate Administrator in Dubai.
Strong knowledge of real estate processes, DLD, and RERA regulations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM systems (e.g., PropSpace, Masterkey, Salesforce), and digital communication tools.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other international languages is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
