We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions. Prior exposure to the Real Estate or Banking & Financial Services industry will be an added advantage. Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track business performance.
Support management with data-driven recommendations for process improvement and decision-making.
Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and business intelligence reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across systems.
Utilize HubSpot CRM for data reporting, campaign performance, and pipeline analysis (if applicable).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
2–3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst in the UAE.
Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI / Tableau or equivalent tools.
Experience in data modeling, visualization, and reporting.
Knowledge of HubSpot CRM (added advantage).
Prior experience in Real Estate or Banking & Financial Services industry is a strong plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
