We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Administrator to join our Dubai-based real estate company immediately. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of RERA and Dubai Land Department (DLD) procedures and be able to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle administrative tasks related to Dubai real estate transactions
Prepare and process documents in line with RERA & DLD requirement
Coordinate with agents, clients, developers, and property portals
Manage listings, contracts, forms, and compliance documentation
Maintain CRM records, reports, and office files
Support daily brokerage and office operations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Administrator in Dubai
Solid understanding of RERA and DLD rules, forms, and procedures
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.)
