Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on property investment opportunities and market trends
Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals
Assist clients with buying, selling, or renting properties
Maintain long-term client relationships
Prepare and submit legal documents (RERA, DLD, etc.)
Stay up to date with Dubai’s real estate market and regulations

Requirements

Mandatory:

Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Previous sales or customer service experience
Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Preferred:

Experience in Dubai real estate
Knowledge of CRM systems
RERA certification
Additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, etc.)

Compensation

Commission-Only (no fixed salary or base pay)
Uncapped earning potential based on performance
Tiered commission structure (details shared at interview)
All employment-related expenses (visa, license, insurance) covered by the company

Please note: This is a commission-only position with no monthly base salary. Earnings are based on closed deals.
