We are seeking a proactive IT Support Lead to manage and guide our IT support team while ensuring the smooth operation of end-user systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with leadership skills to drive efficient issue resolution, maintain high service standards, and support organizational IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT support specialists and analysts
Oversee the daily operations of the IT support desk, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests
Develop, implement, and maintain IT support policies, procedures, and best practices
Monitor system performance, identify recurring issues, and implement solutions to improve efficiency
Collaborate with IT infrastructure, security, and application teams on projects, upgrades, and system enhancements
Manage escalated technical issues and provide guidance to team members
Ensure compliance with IT security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
Track and report on IT support KPIs, trends, and team performance
Assist with planning and executing IT initiatives, including new system deployments and technology upgrades

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of IT support experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong technical knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, networking, and enterprise applications
Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools and processes
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

ITIL or other IT management certifications
Experience supporting hybrid or remote work environments
Knowledge of scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash)
Experience managing escalations and cross-functional IT projects
