Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, networks, and software
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control
Maintain and update IT documentation, asset inventory, and system logs
Ensure data security through backups, antivirus, and cybersecurity best practices
Set up and support email systems, printers, and office equipment
Perform regular system updates, patches, and preventive maintenance
Provide technical support to staff (onsite and remote)
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment, services, and repairs
Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures
Support network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi
Assist in planning and upgrading IT systems as needed

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2–5 years of experience in IT support or system administration
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting
Experience with servers, Active Directory, and backup systems
Familiarity with cybersecurity practices
Good communication and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
