Key Responsibilities

Source, manage, and close property sales and leasing transactions.
Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and negotiations.
Build relationships with investors, buyers, and tenants.
Manage listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other portals.
Stay up to date with Dubai real estate laws, RERA regulations, and new developments.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant in Dubai.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
RERA certification is advantage.
Proficient with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
