Proven Experience: 1+ year of real estate sales in Dubai/MENA with a track record of closing.
Languages: Fluent in English (Arabic or other regional languages = strong advantage).
RERA Knowledge: Solid understanding of compliance and process.
Mindset: Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented.
