Job Summary
The IT Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily IT operations at Zaya Zuhha Island Head Office, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology systems to support business operations. The role involves supervising IT support functions, maintaining systems and networks, and providing technical assistance to staff and management.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily IT operations at the Head Office
Ensure smooth functioning of networks, servers, hardware, and software systems
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to employees
Manage IT assets, system access, backups, and data security
Coordinate with vendors and external service providers
Monitor system performance and implement improvements
Ensure compliance with IT policies and cybersecurity standards
Maintain IT documentation and inventory records

Qualifications & Skills

Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Proven experience in IT support or IT supervision
Strong technical knowledge of networks, systems, and hardware
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
