You Are
You must have the capacity and ambition to lead the market and become a top 1% broker.
- Proven real estate experience is a plus, but not a deal breaker.
- Prior sales experience - you know how to sell anything to anyone.
- You love people, networking, and establishing connections.
- Fluent English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
- A valid UAE driver's license is a plus.
