We are currently seeking a qualified Executive Secretary to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a clinic setting and will play a key role in supporting executive-level operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to hospital 1executives.

Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.

Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.

Requirements:

Nationality: Arabic

Gender: Female

Experience: Proven experience as a secretary in a hospital or healthcare environment.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
