As we expand our training programs and elevate service standards, we’re seeking a passionate Nail Master & Educator to lead workshops, mentor technicians, and shape the future of nail design.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on training in nail techniques: gel, acrylic, nail art, extensions, and hygiene
- Develop and update curriculum for beginner to advanced learners
- Mentor junior nail technicians and support their skill development
- Stay ahead of global nail trends and introduce new techniques
- Ensure high standards of safety, sanitation, and client care
- Represent the brand at events, demos, and social media content
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional nail experience, including teaching or mentoring
- Mastery in gel, acrylic, nail art, and sculpting techniques
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passion for education and empowering others
- Certification in nail technology or cosmetology (preferred)
- Experience with international standards or Dubai-based salons is a plus
