The Chinese Language Institute Middle East is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in educational sales and a passion for helping students achieve their language-learning goals. This role involves managing leads, closing registrations, and supporting marketing activities that promote our Chinese language programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Chinese language courses to individuals, schools, and corporate clients.
- Manage inbound and outbound leads, conduct follow-ups, and close registrations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
- Assist in organizing events, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve monthly sales targets.
*Requirements:*
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in an educational center or training institute (preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both required).
- Experience in social media or digital marketing is an added advantage.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong desire to meet targets.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Chinese language is a plus, but not required.

* إعداد تقارير دورية عن الأداء والمبيعات والعملاء.
*المتطلبات:*
* من *3 إلى 5 سنوات خبرة* في المبيعات أو تطوير الأعمال أو التعليم.
* *درجة البكالوريوس* في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو التعليم أو مجال ذي صلة.
* مهارات قوية في *التواصل والتفاوض وبناء العلاقات*.
* إجادة *اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية* (ومعرفة الصينية ميزة إضافية).
* خبرة في *التسويق عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي* تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
* شخصية *طموحة وملتزمة بالأهداف* وقادرة على العمل بشكل مستقل.
المؤهل العلمي : بكالوريوس (يفضّل)
الخبرة : 3 سنوات في مبيعات دورات اللغة الصينية (يفضّل)
