Job Title: Secretary (Assistant to CEO)Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary (Assistant to the CEO) to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle confidential information, coordinate communications, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the CEO’s office.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct administrative and secretarial support to the CEO
Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare, review, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents
Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
Assist with office coordination and special projects as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and online meeting tools
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification preferred

Female Preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
