Hiring: Real Estate Administrator | Dubai

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Administrator to join our growing Dubai brokerage. If you’re detail-oriented, fast, and comfortable working in a dynamic real estate environment — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Manage property listings on Property Finder, Bayut & Dubizzle
Handle contracts, Form A/B/MOUs & transaction documentation
Update and maintain CRM systems and client databases
Coordinate with agents, developers, and clients
Schedule viewings, meetings, and daily admin tasks
Support marketing uploads, brochures & listing compliance
Assist with DLD & Trakheesi paperwork and processes

Requirements

Real estate admin or office admin experience (UAE preferred)
Knowledge of Dubai real estate processes & portals is a big plus
Strong organization and multitasking skills
Fluent English (Arabic is an advantage)
Confident using CRM systems & Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
