Job Summary
The job holder will be responsible for defining and executing VUZ VAS product strategy.
He/she will be working closely with cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and manage VAS offerings that add significant value to the app customer base and contribute to the business growth.
Responsibilities
- VAS Product Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive VAS product strategy aligned with company goals and industry trends.
- Identify and prioritize VAS opportunities and enhancements based on market research and customer feedback.
- Define clear product roadmaps, goals, and KPIs.
- Product Development:
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for VAS offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments for new VAS initiatives.
- Customer-Centric Approach:
- Gather customer insights through research, surveys, and feedback to inform VAS product enhancements.
- Define and communicate the value proposition of VAS products to different customer segments.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Competitive Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings in the VAS space.
- Conduct competitive analyses to identify opportunities and threats.
- Position our VAS products effectively in the market.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing plans that drive VAS product awareness and adoption.
- Develop marketing collateral, sales tools, and campaigns to support VAS product launches.
- Participate in product-related marketing events and presentations.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and adoption of VAS products.
- Analyze data and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions and iterate on product improvements.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in product management, specifically with VAS products in the telecommunication or related industries.
- Strong understanding of VAS technologies, market dynamics, and customer needs.
