Role Summary:
Serve as the frontline IT troubleshooter—resolving hardware, software, and network issues; performing system maintenance; supporting users; documenting workflows; and contributing to a secure and efficient IT environment.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Provide first-line technical support across multiple platforms.
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.
Monitor systems and perform preventive maintenance.
Escalate complex issues and document resolutions.
Conduct user onboarding and provide system training.
Manage IT inventory and assist with procurement.
Participate in technology evaluations and improvements.
Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Required:
1–3 years IT support experience.
Proficient with Windows/macOS/networking, and support tools.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organization skills.
Diploma or degree in IT-related field; IT certifications are an asset.
