* Develop and execute the real estate sales strategy, setting objectives, targets, and action plans to achieve revenue goals; contributing to the overall profitability of the company.
* Actively participate in the development of the company's overall sales plan and related activities, contributing to the formulation of effective sales strategies.
* Drive sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and maximizing revenue from existing real estate listings.
* Monitor the performance of the sales team, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their real estate needs and concerns are addressed to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Create a large network of real estate agents and maintain good relationships.
* Implement new products and ensure efficient resource allocation for sales activities.
* Prepare sales management presentations, including management information and other related activities, to facilitate informed decision-making.
* Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, conditions, and competitors, providing insights for pricing strategies and property listings.
* Continuously improve real estate sales processes, identifying areas for efficiency, and streamlining procedures.
* Manage the real estate sales unit budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve sales goals.
* Generate regular real estate sales reports, analyze data to evaluate performance, and make data-driven decisions for strategy adjustments.
* Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, property management, and legal, to align strategies and ensure seamless real estate sales operations.
