Position Overview: Executive Secretary
Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive’s calendar, meetings, and travel.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports.
- Arrange meetings, events, and coordinate logistics.
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate filing systems.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands.
- Conduct research and prepare summaries.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders.

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
