Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of civil construction activities and a hands-on approach to site supervision and project execution. The candidate must be based in the UAE with valid UAE Driving License and relevant UAE site experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise overall civil site activities and ensure timely execution of works.
- Prepare and manage material submittals, coordinate with suppliers and consultants for approvals.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Handle daily site operations, manpower allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
- Ensure safety procedures are strictly followed on site.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients.
- Travel to offshore islands and inland project locations as required.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE site experience in civil construction.
- Valied UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Strong technical knowledge in:
- Painting works
- Partitions (Gypsum, block, etc.)
- Ceiling systems
- Fit-out and interior finishing
- Waterproofing applications and detailing
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
