We are hiring an Arabic Secretary (Female) to handle day-to-day administrative tasks. She should be very good at both written and spoken English & Arabic, and know how to use MS office Word and Excel
Key Responsibilities
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain filing systems (both digital and physical).
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and office records.
- Handle visitors and coordinate with clients professionally.
- Provide administrative support to the management team.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
