About the Role
We are looking for only Arabic Secretary/ Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, manage schedules, coordinate communication, and assist management in maintaining efficient office workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain filing systems (both digital and physical).
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and office records.
- Handle visitors and coordinate with clients professionally.
- Provide administrative support to the management team.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Secretary, Office Assistant, or Administrative Officer.
- Very good in written and verbal communication in English & Arabic.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional appearance, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
