Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities between site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and management
- Support planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction works
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors .
- Strong involvement in procurement activities for projects
- Coordinate selection, appointment, and mobilization of subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor subcontractor progress and coordination issues
- Prepare coordination and progress reports
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Project / Construction Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering .
- 2–3 years UAE experience specifically as Procurement& Coordination Engineer
- Proven experience in subcontract management
- Strong hands-on experience in procurement of subcontractors / suppliers
- Proven experience in contract management, including coordination, administration, and compliance with contractual requirements.
- Knowledge of planning tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation
