Role Description:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Advertising Specialist to develop and manage online marketing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, indeed, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other Platforms.
The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and experienced in promoting company services and generating qualified leads through strategic advertising efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns on LinkedIn, Indeed, Google, Meta, and other platforms.
Manage SEO, SEM, and social media marketing activities.
Design and analyze campaign performance reports to improve ROI.
Develop creative ad content, visuals, and copywriting aligned with company goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with the design, content, and sales teams for consistent branding.
Manage the company’s online presence to enhance visibility and engagement.
And more creative ideas to help and develop the company to populate.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
A digital marketing certification e.g.: Google Digital Marketing, Meta Blueprint or HubSpot. (preferer)
5 Years Previous experience in digital marketing or social media management advertising.
Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Creative writing and content creation skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in Arabic and English.
5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or online advertising.
Proven track record in running successful digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website analytics
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Indeed Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
