We are a medical supplies company based in Dubai Media City, and we are looking for a skilled and motivated Secretary / Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daily administrative tasks and office operations
- Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Preparing documents, reports, and filing systems.
- Supporting the management and field team with day-to-day tasks
- Assisting with basic data entry, invoices, and coordination
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- have practical experience using SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables
- Previous experience as Secretary or Admin (preferably in medical field)
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Presentable, professional, and reliable personality
- Must be currently inside the UAE and stay near to Dubai Media city
