The Role
You will be responsible for responding to enquiries and directing calls and all basic reception duties as well as supporting high performing and busy sales and property management teams. You will be the first point of contact for clients visiting the office and will also assist with incoming rental enquiries.
Day to day duties will include but not be limited to:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
Skills & Experience;
Only those with experience in real estate will be considered for this role.
The ideal candidate will be well-groomed, switched on, show initiative and be passionate about developing their Real Estate career. To be successful in this role you MUST have:
- At least 2 years previous experience in Real Estate
- Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good time management skills.
