We’re Hiring: Producer – Advertising (Dubai)
Our advertising company is looking for a talented and experienced Producer to lead the creation of high-quality, engaging, and innovative content. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative environment, understands the power of storytelling, and has a proven track record in producing impactful media projects.
About the Role
As a Producer, you will oversee the end-to-end production process for a wide range of projects, including company promotional videos, advertising campaigns, branded content, podcasts, and digital media productions. You will work closely with creative directors, clients, and technical teams to ensure that every project aligns with brand objectives, resonates with audiences, and meets the highest production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute creative production projects from concept to final delivery.
- Lead the production of company promos, advertisements, branded content, and podcasts, ensuring creativity and quality are at the forefront.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business goals into compelling media outputs.
- Write and create content tailored to client requirements, including scripts for programs, video shoots, and promotional materials.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure smooth execution of all projects.
- Oversee all aspects of production, including pre-production planning, scriptwriting, filming, directing, editing, and post-production.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in advertising and digital storytelling to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
- Maintain relationships with external vendors, talent, and industry professionals as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in advertising, broadcast media, or digital content production.
- Strong portfolio showcasing promos, advertising campaigns, branded content, and podcasts.
- Ability to write, conceptualize, and produce original content aligned with client objectives.
- Deep understanding of both creative and technical aspects of media production.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Own visa preferred with the ability to join immediately.
