Role Overview:
As a Google Advertising Expert, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing high-impact advertising campaigns across Google platforms (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.). You will oversee a monthly advertising budget of $100,000 and manage more than 30 active campaigns. The primary objective is to drive a high Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) through strategic planning and execution. Top-performing candidates are eligible for a performance-based commission of 3–5% of the advertising budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Plan and execute effective Google Ads campaigns aligned with client objectives, managing 30+ active campaigns.
Budget Oversight: Optimize a monthly ad spend of $100,000 for maximum efficiency and performance.
Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs and campaign data to improve performance and meet ROAS targets.
Audience Targeting: Use audience insights and segmentation tools to reach and engage the right demographics.
Creative Collaboration: Coordinate with the creative team to produce compelling ad creatives and messaging.
A/B Testing: Run regular A/B tests on creatives, keywords, and bidding strategies to maximize results.
Reporting: Deliver detailed reports on campaign outcomes with actionable recommendations.
Market Trends: Stay informed on the latest trends, updates, and best practices in Google Ads and digital advertising.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing and optimizing large-scale Google Ads campaigns.
Demonstrated success managing $100,000/month budgets and multiple concurrent campaigns.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROAS and cost-efficiency.
Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and related platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Google Ads certification (preferred).

Compensation:
Competitive salary plus performance-based commissions (3–5% of advertising budget) for successful campaign delivery and ROI.
