We're looking for a Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and knows how to get things done efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with property owners to collect necessary documents
- Prepare and list properties with the marketing department
- Secure keys and arrange security clearance passes
- Conduct property viewings with potential tenants
- Follow up and negotiate to successfully close rental deals
Requirements:
- UAE driving license and own car is must
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple listings and appointments
- Previous experience in leasing or real estate is a plus
Compensation:
Basic salary + commission structure based on experience and performance
