What You’ll Do:
- Client Sourcing & Networking: Proactively source new clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
- Property Transactions: Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process in Dubai’s off-plan and secondary markets.
- Market Insight: Stay current with Dubai real estate trends and pricing to provide expert advice to clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships to foster repeat business and client referrals.
- Transaction Compliance: Manage all necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with local property laws.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1+ years of experience as a real estate broker or sales agent.
- Market Focus: Specialized in secondary market sales with a good understanding of off-plan opportunities.
- Skill Set: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-Motivation: Driven, independent, and ready to take charge of your success.
- Requirements: Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle. RERA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
