Saidi Homes Real Estate is a fast growing, boutique real estate company based in Dubai. We're looking to hire 3 motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team. At Saidi Homes, you’re not just a number. We invest in you, support you, and push you to reach your highest potential.
This is a commission-based role with a highly competitive structure. You’ll receive company generated leads, exclusive listings, monthly incentives, and complete backend support to help you succeed.

- Developer Visits weekly

Responsibilities:
- Handle sales and leasing transactions across Dubai
- Conduct property viewings and follow up with clients
- Build strong client relationships and maintain trust
- Update property listings and CRM records
- Coordinate with developers, landlords, and clients to close deals
- Work closely with management to improve performance
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai
- Strong communication, sales, and closing skills
- Someone trustworthy, motivated, and goal-driven
- UAE driving license is a must (or personal transportation must be arranged)
- Fluent in English (bilingual is a plus)
- Must be based in Dubai and ready to work full-time
