Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Source, list, and market properties across off-plan, secondary, and leasing (residential & commercial) sectors.
- Provide accurate property valuations and market insights.
- Organize and conduct property viewings, showcasing features and benefits effectively.
- Negotiate deals and manage paperwork to ensure smooth, RERA-compliant transactions.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience every step of the way.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven Dubai real estate experience (off-plan, secondary, or leasing).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, property portals, and MS Office.
- RERA Broker Card (preferred) or willingness to obtain.
