Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer / Quality Engineer to join our production facility specializing in kerbstones, concrete pavers, and precast concrete products. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in civil engineering, quality control, or a related field. The successful candidate will assist in verifying raw materials, inspecting finished goods, and supporting quality assurance activities to ensure products meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to confirm quality, dimensions, and surface finish.
- Support production monitoring to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Maintain inspection records and prepare reports for senior staff.
- Assist with audits and process checks to identify improvement opportunities.
- Verify raw material quality in collaboration with suppliers.
- Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of finished products.
- Follow safety procedures and report any quality issues.
- Work closely with the Quality Manager and Production Team to maintain consistent product standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering (Required).
- Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in civil engineering or quality control (fresh graduates welcome).
- Previous exposure to concrete, precast, or construction materials is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles and quality control methods.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under supervision and in a team setting.
