The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and proactive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front-desk operations and greet visitors professionally
- Handle telephone calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Prepare letters, meeting minutes, and reports (including dictation and transcription)
- Maintain filing systems, records, and office documentation
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Provide administrative support to the management and design teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an architectural or consulting office
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and basic design documentation an advantage
- Excellent English communication and typing skills
- Ability to take dictation and prepare correspondence independently
- Pleasant personality and professional demeanor
