Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for civil works.
- Manage and administer contracts, including measurement, variations, and claims.
- Monitor project costs and progress against budgets.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess work progress and verify contractor claims.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants on project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, specifications, and regulations.
- Provide commercial advice and cost analysis to support project decision-making.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate competitive rates.
- Prepare monthly valuations, progress claims, and final accounts.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities.
- Lead and mentor junior QS staff when required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in civil building construction projects.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., CCS, Candy, Excel).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
