We are urgently looking for CIVIL SITE ENGINEER with the following responsibilities and qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Supervision & Execution
- Oversee daily site activities to ensure work is executed according to approved plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress of construction activities.
- Ensure proper installation and workmanship as per industry standards and project specifications.
- Project Coordination
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients for inspections, approvals, and work progress updates.
- Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities to meet project deadlines.
- Quality Assurance & Control
- Ensure all materials and workmanship comply with project quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and prepare quality reports as required.
- Safety & Compliance
- Enforce site safety procedures and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Report and address any potential hazards or unsafe practices.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily site reports, progress logs, and material usage records.
- Prepare documentation for inspections, approvals, and work completion.
- Technical Support
- Provide technical guidance to workers and resolve any on-site issues.
- Review and interpret design drawings and identify any discrepancies or required clarifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in civil construction (building/infrastructure projects).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
