Project Manager – Civil

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager – Civil to oversee and manage our construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and experience handling large-scale civil or infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and management for smooth project execution.
- Review and approve BOQs, subcontractor bills, and variation claims.
- Manage risks, resolve site issues, and ensure compliance with all authorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in civil project management.
- Proven record in executing large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
