Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs and preferences.
- Property Listings: Source, list, and market properties to potential buyers or tenants through various channels.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate property valuations and insights on market trends.
- Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, offering clients detailed information and addressing their queries.
- Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to secure the best possible deals.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation and paperwork involved in property transactions.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies throughout the transaction process.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring a positive client experience throughout the property transaction process.
