We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing visually compelling marketing materials that enhance our brand presence across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design brochures, flyers, and company profiles to effectively showcase our real estate projects and services.
- Create engaging social media content (static posts, carousels, stories, and reels) tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Develop company stationery, including business cards, letterheads, email signatures, and presentation templates.
- Design advertisements, banners, and signage for both online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Work on branding materials, ensuring all designs align with the company’s visual identity and guidelines.
- Assist in designing real estate project presentations, investor decks, and pitch materials.
- Edit and enhance property images for listings, ensuring high-quality visuals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop branding strategies and creative campaigns.
- Stay updated with real estate marketing trends and incorporate fresh, innovative design ideas.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- With Real Estate Experience is advantage
- Own Visa is advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience working in a real estate company or with property-related branding.
- Knowledge of web design principles and familiarity with UI/UX concepts is a bonus.
