We are looking for a highly experienced and professional IT Technician / IT Support Engineer to join our team in the UAE.
This position requires strong hands-on experience. Please apply only if you have real practical skills.
Requirements:
- Very strong hands-on experience is mandatory (not theoretical knowledge)
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or any related IT field
- Excellent knowledge of networking (LAN / WAN / Internet setup & troubleshooting)
- Strong experience handling all types of computer devices (Desktop & Laptop)
- Proven experience with:
- Biometric / Fingerprint devices
- CCTV & Surveillance Camera systems
- Printers & Scanners
- Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware & software issues independently
- Good communication skills in English
- Candidates from India or the Philippines are highly encouraged to apply
- UAE experience is a strong advantage

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Provide daily technical support and troubleshooting
- Manage and maintain CCTV systems and biometric attendance devices
- Handle printers and all peripheral device issues
- Ensure smooth and stable daily IT operations
