Job Opportunity – Senior Outdoor Sales Executive
(Advertising & Media Industry – UAE Experience Required)
We are a well-established advertising & marketing company based in Umm Al Quwain (UAQ), looking for a highly motivated and experienced Outdoor Sales Executive with a strong background in advertising, media, and marketing sales in the UAE.
This role is strictly for candidates who have worked in advertising agencies, media companies, printing/production houses, branding or digital marketing firms and have an existing corporate client network.
Location: UAQ
Salary: Starting from AED 10,000 + High Commission Structure (Unlimited Earning Potential)
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business from corporate clients (B2B) within UAE market
- Sell advertising solutions including:
- Outdoor advertising (billboards, signage, branding)
- Digital marketing services
- Social media campaigns
- Printing & production solutions
- Corporate branding packages
- Manage full sales cycle: prospecting → meeting → proposal → negotiation → closing
- Conduct client presentations and marketing pitches
- Handle key accounts and ensure long-term business relationships
- Coordinate with creative & production teams for campaign execution
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and follow up on payments
Mandatory Requirements:
- 3–5+ years UAE experience in Advertising/Media Sales (Must)
- Previous employment in:
- Advertising Agency
- Media Company
- Printing/Production House
- Branding or Digital Marketing Company
- Proven B2B corporate sales track record in UAE
- Existing database/network of corporate clients
- Strong negotiation & closing skills
- Valid UAE Driving License .
- Ability to work outdoors and conduct client meetings daily
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in outdoor media sales (billboards, signage, vehicle branding)
- Knowledge of media buying & campaign planning
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong understanding of UAE market trends & competitor landscape
- Ability to independently generate leads without depending on company database
