Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support / Network Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in network infrastructure, hardware, and system management to ensure seamless IT operations across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, troubleshoot, and manage routers, switches, firewalls, fiber optics, and VPNs.
- Maintain and support LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Provide support for POS systems, POS printers, and PMS systems.
- Handle hardware and software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for PCs, laptops, and printers.
- Manage IP telephony systems (experience with Yeastar is a plus).
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot IPTV systems and IPTV servers.
- Operate and maintain video walls and AV systems.
- Manage CCTV surveillance systems (Hikvision experience is a must).
- Administer Microsoft Windows Server environments (2008, 2012, 2019).
- Manage and troubleshoot biometric attendance systems (preferably ZKTeco).
- Configure and resolve email-related issues across multiple platforms (Windows, Mac, Android, iPhone).
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support, Network Administration, or a related field.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
