We’re looking for a Sales Support Executive professional to join our growing team — someone organised, proactive, and experienced in sales and business development.
About the Role
This role is perfect for someone who has hands-on experience across sales and client management.
You’ll support the CEO in managing campaigns, building client proposals, keeping our CRM updated, and helping us promote our clients online.
You’ll also be responsible for publishing and promoting content in a prompt and professional way, ensuring our clients and our audience are engaged and impressed with everything we do.
Because we’re a small team, you’ll have real responsibility and the chance to learn fast — from strategy to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Support
- Prepare sales decks, proposals, and client onboarding materials.
- Keep our CRM system and client spreadsheet up to date.
- Identify leads, schedule prospect meetings, and coordinate client communications.
- Research potential clients, industries, and partnership opportunities.
- Prepare client reports.
General Team Support
- Coordinate between team members and suppliers to keep projects on schedule.
- Publish LTL and client content.
- Assist with reports and general admin.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar - *essential*
- At least 2 years’ experience in a sales / client support role - *essential*
- A love of sales - *essential*
- Excellent writing skills and skilled in crafting compelling copy for campaigns, presentations and client pitches - *essential*
- Comfortable with at least one CRM system ( such as HubSpot)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn as the B2B social media platforms, email marketing tools (like Mailchimp), and basic analytics.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new tools and tactics.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, independent environment.
- Comfortable meeting clients (online) and sharing campaign reports and results.
