Job Summary

Duties
- Design and produce high-quality print materials including brochures, banners, flyers, and signage that align with brand standards.
- Develop engaging digital content for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and other online channels utilizing content marketing best practices.
- Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and other digital advertising platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to inform branding and advertising initiatives.
- Manage advertising sales efforts by creating persuasive proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients or partners.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to craft visually appealing graphics and layouts for various marketing collateral.
- Optimize digital marketing efforts through SEO strategies, Google Analytics insights, marketing automation tools, and performance marketing techniques to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain website content using WordPress and basic HTML coding to ensure up-to-date information and seamless user experience.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics using analytics tools; prepare reports to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with product management teams to develop branding strategies that support product launches and promotional events.
- Manage project budgets efficiently while ensuring timely delivery of all marketing materials.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in branding, print advertising, digital marketing, or related fields with a strong portfolio of past work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for graphic design tasks.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and social media marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of multichannel marketing approaches including email campaigns, content marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with WordPress CMS platform along with basic HTML skills for website management.
- Strong research skills to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Excellent copywriting abilities with a knack for creating compelling messaging tailored to target audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines within budget constraints.
- Strong sales acumen with experience in advertising sales or client relationship management is a plus.
