META ADS & GOOGLE ADS MANAGER (FULL-TIME)
We are looking for an exceptional Meta Ads & Google Ads Manager to take full ownership of paid advertising operations for our own companies and our clients.
This is not a basic media buyer role.
This is a performance-critical position for someone who understands data, strategy, funnels, and accountability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage, optimize, and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads accounts
- Build high-converting campaign structures from scratch
- Deep understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, and remarketing
- Analyze performance daily and make fast, intelligent decisions
- Control budgets efficiently and maximize ROI
- Set up and audit pixels, conversion tracking, GTM, GA4
- Work closely with internal teams on funnels, creatives, and offers
- Take full responsibility for results — not excuses
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven, hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Excellent understanding of CPL, CPA, ROAS, funnel logic
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Smart, disciplined, and extremely hardworking
- Loyal, long-term mindset
- English communication skills required
