Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Specialist to support and maintain all technology systems across our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with POS systems, network infrastructure, CCTV, guest Wi-Fi, and back-office IT support in restaurants or hotels.

You will ensure smooth system performance, quick troubleshooting, data security, and coordination with vendors and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain POS, PMS, inventory, and accounting systems
Provide daily IT support to operations, admin, finance, and management teams
Manage network, servers, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi
Monitor and maintain CCTV, access control, and time attendance systems
Ensure data backup, cybersecurity, and antivirus protection
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely manner
Coordinate with external IT vendors and support providers
Maintain IT asset inventory and license records
Support email setup, user accounts, and access permissions
Assist during new outlet openings, system migrations, and upgrades

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years IT support experience (hospitality preferred)
Strong knowledge of:
POS & restaurant systems
Windows OS and basic networking
Microsoft Office, email servers, cloud tools
Experience with:
CCTV & access control systems
ERP or inventory software
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible hours and support nightlife venues if required
UAE / GCC experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Experience in hotel PMS / Restaurant POS integration
Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection policies
Driving license is an advantage
