XAD Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our IT infrastructure, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and digital initiatives. This role ensures business continuity, data security, and alignment of technology with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and manage servers, networks, firewalls, and cloud infrastructure to ensure high system uptime, reliability, and optimal performance.
- Oversee hardware procurement, installation, upgrades, and lifecycle management, ensuring all IT assets are maintained and up to date.
- Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity systems to protect critical company data.
- Manage VPN and secure remote access for employees across offices and project sites, ensuring safe and reliable connectivity.
- Ensure secure Wi-Fi networks and connectivity at all locations and monitor network performance proactively.
- Administer and maintain ERP systems (ERPNext preferred), ensuring availability, reliability, and security of business-critical applications.
- Coordinate ERP upgrades, patches, and customizations to meet evolving business needs and improve workflows.
- Support end-users by providing training, troubleshooting system issues, and resolving technical problems promptly.
- Develop, implement, and enforce IT security policies and procedures, monitoring systems for potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Maintain firewalls, antivirus, endpoint protection, and access control systems, conducting regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, company, and industry IT standards, responding promptly to security incidents and implementing corrective measures.
- Oversee IT helpdesk operations, providing technical support to office and project staff and ensuring efficient resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain IT documentation, network diagrams, and system records for all IT infrastructure and operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and technology partners to ensure seamless IT operations and support.
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with company objectives, identifying and recommending new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Plan IT budgets, manage procurement, and lead digital transformation and automation initiatives in collaboration with leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 5–6 years of IT experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Experience managing ERP systems (ERPNext preferred)
- Strong knowledge of servers, networking, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity
- Backup and disaster recovery expertise
- Preferred: CCNA, MCSA, ITIL, or CISSP certifications
