Job Title: IT Assistant

Salary: 2500 – 3000 AED per month (based on experience)

Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and motivated IT Assistant to support our day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in providing technical support. Candidates with prior IT experience (Home country experience considered) will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computers, printers, and office IT equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install and configure operating systems, applications, and antivirus software
- Assist with basic network setup (Wi-Fi, routers, LAN connections, etc.)
- Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and system records
- Support email setup, backups, and user account management
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs or upgrades when needed
- Ensure systems are running smoothly and securely
Requirements
- Previous experience as an IT Assistant / IT Support Technician
- Freshers in UAE with IT work experience in their home country is preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, printers, and networking
- Familiarity with troubleshooting common IT issues
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Knowledge of CCTV installation/support
- Experience with ERP systems or basic server support
- Familiarity with basic cybersecurity practices
