Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing multi-channel ad campaigns across various industries. Your expertise in both digital and traditional advertising will help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation for multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advertising strategies tailored to different client needs and business objectives.
- Plan and manage media buys across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, print, outdoor, and more.
- Craft compelling ad copy and collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging visual content.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting platforms.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (CTR, ROI, conversions, etc.) to maximize results.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (media agencies, creative teams, etc.) to execute campaigns effectively.
- Stay up to date on advertising trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Manage multiple advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources for each client.
- Conduct A/B testing and market research to improve overall campaign performance.
- Contribute to the development of brand positioning, tone, and messaging strategies for various clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in advertising, media planning, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of running successful ad campaigns across multiple platforms and industries.
- Strong knowledge of ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign tracking and performance reporting.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and project management skills.
