Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Systems
Engineering, or related technical field.
- Familiarity with UAE local authority regulations, codes, and compliance standards.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 10–15 years of technical leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a
senior management position in high-end residential estates, royal residences, luxury
hospitality, or smart property management
- Extensive hands-on experience managing technical systems, infrastructure, BMS, IT &
AV, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams, vendors, and strategic
technology projects.
